Zara Phythian played the role a sorcerer named Brunette Zealot in Marvel’s ‘Doctor Strange’.
In the movie, Brunette not just a sorcerer but also former member of the Masters Of The Mystic Arts, an order of sorcerers who protect the Earth and humans from mystical threats.
Zara acted alongside Benedit Cumberbatch and others.
Zara Phythian is also known for Accident Man 2 (2022), and Tribal Get Out Alive (2020).
Before venturing into acting, Zara had enrolled at Nottingham’s School of Champions martial arts center at the of 13.
She rose to become a 13-time multi-style world champion. She is the first British martial artist to become and International Karate and Kickboxing Hall of Famer.
In 2009, she won the Guinness World Record for most items kicked off of a person’s head in one minute.
Zara runs a martial arts school, named ‘The Personal Best Academy in Mansfield’.
Zara is currently facing charges alongside her husband, Victor Marke, over alleged sexual assaults of two teenagers between 2003 – 2005.
Zara and Victor have been convicted and are scheduled to be sentenced on May 16.
