How do I reset my Spypoint camera?
Simply access the “evo.exe” (evomac. zip if using a MAC) software sitting on the SD card, and perform a “
factory reset”. Then click on “save settings” and this will
reset any faulty values.
Why is my Spypoint link micro camera not working?
Check
the batteries, change AA batteries to new ones, charge LIT/12 V battery pack. If possible, try a new, freshly formatted microSD card. Ensure
the antenna is screwed in securely and is
not damaged. Check if
the camera is receiving a good signal on site.

Can I track my Spypoint camera?
If stolen there is a button you
can press on the app to report that
camera stolen. They
can track it down if it’s has batteries. No one else
can use the
camera if they steal it. The second they try it alerts
spypoint of it’s location.
How do I send a Spypoint camera back?
If you would like to
send your device for repair, contact us to have the information regarding the reparation of your
camera (cost, process and tracking number). You will be responsible to
ship your device to us.
